It's crucial advice. Me, I get on roll with links and recs, then have to remind myself, "I do not have to find ALL of the things, 3-5 is plenty." I still do a ton when it's a topic lots of people will like, but otherwise I try to moderate the hunt function a bit.
And some other folks get really anxious about what people will think. As long as everyone stays polite about fills, because you know the thought's in the right place even if the targeting isn't a bullseye, it'll still turn out fine. Take the chance. Most people are happy with whatever they get.

The search-in-journal feature is only available on paid accounts and is enormously useful. I use mine all the time.
I highly recommend that the Snowflake team makes that part of the first "Snowflake season is coming" post every year. Explain the feature, its value, and its price; then ask if anyone is willing to sponsor it. You should get takers. Give them a shout-out and maybe an "I sponsored the Snowflake search function for (year)" banner or icon since you have artists supporting the fest.
