If you want something that will match-ish the desk style, shop at a large office store or catalog in the modular furniture section. There are modern desks made with nothing underneath so you can slide in whatever you want. I've got a file cabinet under one end of mine, but drawer units are also available. The same locale will have drawer-insert and desktop organizers if you like those.
If that doesn't work, try a large craft store, as these typically have a huge supply of organizers for all purposes. You may well be stuck with plastic in that case, but at least you won't be hunting your stuff.
In any case, take very careful measurements of where you want things to fit. Include a little wiggle room for fault tolerance, because manufacturer standards are often slovenly nowadays.
