Mar. 5th, 2023 11:21 pmTonight I made omelettes with moringa. The leaves are used similar to spinach in African cooking, and we found a packet of dried leaves at Ashar recently. My sense is that moringa should work anywhere you'd use dried flakes of something like spinach, parsley, cilantro, or other leafy greens. I want to try it with a mix of herbs.
