>> And :p to whatshisface, who seems to have no common sense (or common decency perhaps?) <<
I have heard people say he is not neurotypical. This fits my observations. If he is neurodivergent, then his sense is simply in a different configuration from the usual. It has allowed him to accomplish some great things. But it also makes him bad at things other people care a lot about, and he doesn't seem to mind making problems for other people. This is unfortunate. I'm not really sure whether he's done more harm than good; the balance is wildly in flux. However, given that society is ossified and kind of a crapsack right now, it needs shaking up and that is what chaos goblins are for. Somebody's gotta do it, and better it's someone who doesn't hate their job and life.

My main objection is that he is hurting people he has power over (instead of protecting them).
I suppose I also dislike the fact that when I (or numerous other lower status people) try to do stuff that has a fraction of the "I want" and "chaos" motivation, we get stomped on, sometimes quite severely. But that is more a societal complaint, not a personal-against-him-one (though I still don't have to approve.)
And like most people, I seem to prefer having explanations for why we have to do unpleasant or confusing things. So If I knew the end goal of firing half one's workforce (and agreed with endgoal), I'd likely be less disapproving.
