Hippie Coping Skills

I found this article that lists hippie coping skills.  While targeted toward anxiety, they apply to many other challenges.  Hippies tend to be mellow because they learned  how to achieve the state of mellowness, and they teach that to their children.  it makes us a very poor fit for the Rat Race, but equips us very well to deal with challenges and live a happy life.  It might not look like someone else's definition of success, but what matters is how well it works for the person doing it.
