Thinking further about Anatomy for Artists, you might consider it as a summer class or workshop some time when you're not so overworked. In a college town, likely some people would be interested -- and if you only have a handful of students, you can talk about whatever interests them, because some people are into bones, others muscle mass, some want to know how skin folds, etc.
