Something I have already noticed increasing: ice storms. There was one when I was a toddler, one when I was a tween, and one when I was in college. Now we have them every other year or so, not always heavy, but if it leaves a glaze then it counts. >_<
I think "wintry mix" is becoming more common too, but that's harder to track. And at least a couple times it has rained snot -- big globs of slush that stuck and dripped off branches.
