Coping Skills: Inspirational Quotes

4. Keep an inspirational quote with you.
There are many ways to do this. You can put a favorite quote on the wall. Check out Successories posters; I love these things for the gorgeous imagery as well as wise words. If you prefer crafts, consider embroidered quotes. For something more portable, use pocket rocks. You can also paint your own; here are some ideas.
Me, I collect quote books. I also make up my own quotes. A LOT. Something I often say to my students: "If you're not making any mistakes, you're not learning, you're coasting."
