If nothing else, chilled shelf-stable stuff (bottled water, Gatorade) would be very helpful. (We're currently having a heat wave in my area.)
Alternately, some things could be frozen and kept in a cooler. They'll work to cool you off while thawing, and be drinkable once they've thawed.
