Folks have mentioned an interest in questions and conversations that make them think. So I've decided to offer more of those. This is the current list of coping skills.

Date: 2021-06-18 02:29 am (UTC)The family is Cambodian and along with two other places *Mom's rest home before her passing in 2015 (which employed about equal amounts of Sikhs and Filipinos) and the local gas station where I've been gassing up since 1998 (which is run by maybe Hindi?, could be Gujarati)*, they occasionally call me Mama. I get the biggest kick out of that.
It's just the most marvelous break from caregiving and landladying. :D
