We did a socially distanced Pi Day with friends! We made tasty things and swapped them! L made japanese chocolate cheesecake, G made quiche (which I can't wait to try), C made lemon meringue, not my favorite but the crust was tasty, and Spouse made rhubarb cheesecake with an oat crust, and drizzled in tempered chocolate, Because Spouse is Extra where food is concerned. (I myself tend towards Basic Bitch in that department)
