I love this idea so much. :D Jews in Terramagne are a bit more open about that; I've seen mixed-religion coming-of-age celebrations before.

Hmm, try Thalassia. They wandered a long time, they must've picked up some Jews -- especially with Israel turning into a shonda for the goyim. 0_o It's probably not a very big synagogue, but watch for one to pop up in the modular floating city.
