Yeah, there is a reason I don't want to be The Free Stuff Fairy, and why I don't want the clients to know where I live. (Nice people, but I'm afraid I'd never get a moment's peace.)
Fortunatly my last annonymous 'free gift' was recieved and seems to be working well. (I knew someone needed an X, and saw one at a good price, so I bought it and 'donated' it to an intermediary at the program to be passed along.) Person gets needed item, I do a good deed, and no-one gets stuck as a wishing well.
With stuff I am donating, I'll try to have it fixed up decently (donating a crappy bike or partially broken wagon without an attempt at repair/cleaning would make me feel like a self-righteous hyopcritical jerk).
