I'm glad there was an explanation that the temperatures are in F (which I don't understand at all) otherwise it's somewhat baffling! :o)

Don't worry, we don't really either. ;) (I'm from the attempt to go metric but it only lasted a year. As such I have to look up tablespoons to the cup and don't really have a sense of a mile's length or the precise temperature of boiling at sea level.)

It was quite disturbing to hear Australia transposed into F, since I have learned a little about C for the purpose and it almost sounded like they were boiling.
