Well, a good start would be stripping away any license they have to work with children, and for the various flavors of abusers, looking to see if charges can be laid. For some, publicizing their offenses could make them quite miserable, especially if that encourages other victims to come out of the woodwork.

Given the difficulty (in L-America) women and other marginal people have in standing up and accusing someone of abuse in the first place, if one claim of abuse starts resulting in others? He(*) did it. (* that pronoun being almost *overwhelmingly* correct. Not always; I am intimately familiar with one case where it ain't... but.)
