If we thought water was a human right, and acted on that, there wouldn't be any more global warming.
(Well, that also assumes the ability to connect cause with effect, and the physical/financial capability of making the needed changes. Both of which we probably don't actually have :-( But judged on our behaviour, 'we' collectively don't even believe in a right to not be arbitrarily/randomly killed (drones, cops, etc.) never mind to have water.)
