I'm finally taking care of the mental health part in a way that makes sense, and I don't understand why I didn't do this years or months aggo. >.>

I'm slowly opening my circle-slowly, it's not quite there yet, but it's getting there, and that's what counts.

I've found a therapist that works. She doesn't know I'm multiple (yet) but her methods work for me, and I'm actually getting somewhere, and it's nice.
