The first batch of new entries have been uploaded to the Shiv thread page.  These weave between previously posted entries. 

A fresh batch of entries has been placed on the sample page for me to proofread.

I think I have a few notes about which of her stories happen when. Some by dialecticdreamer are in the list too. Not all of the Shiv stories by either of you, though.

I would say, ask fuzzyred how to handle that aspect.

You're still listed as an editor. But DO NOT try to editing anything at this time. Check with fuzzyred first, who is done working tonight but has active plans for finishing the update that I don't want to mess up. Having more than one person trying to edit a page will, at minimum, erase one person's work when the other person pushes "publish" and at worst can crash the whole page causing much of it to delete itself. Coordination is crucial.

That said, it would be be great to weave in Luci's stories. I am trying to put actual dates on more poems now, when I can, which will make sequencing easier. If we can include material by other authors then that will make it more convenient for readers who want to read all the stuff with a certain character. It drives people nuts to have this content sprawled over three blogs with no master index. And it's not easy on the writers, either, when we need to track down a detail we sort of remember from some story another of us wrote. 0_o

Ok, got it. No editing... [you should see what happens when you have two teams of coders working on the same project, and don't know the other exists. Talk about a mess! Not to mention people freaking out because the code was writing itself!]

I'll sort something out with fuzzyred.. luckily, a lot of the stories with Luci are fairly cross-referenced or internally dated already, so working out which one goes after which isn't too hard...I hope..

and yeah, it gets complicated when we started bouncing stories off each other, so the story continues on over at someone else's journal... I'm not 100% sure I can keep it all straight in my head either.

BTW, I'm not sure how to count in Chyou...she's kind of split off by herself now, at least for the moment.

I really ought to create my own web page.. but oy, who has the time!

No editing before coordination. If the two of you work out a division of labor and tell me when you'll be onsite, we should be able to avoid tripping over each other.

*laugh* But I bet Kraken has that problem sometimes due to their dual leadership structure.

Stories that directly involve Shiv or other people in his life such as Boss White -- those go in Shiv's thread. Stories that don't involve them belong in Chyou's thread. (We have this issue every time a new thread peels off from its original thread.)
