This is very similar to my basic ‘make a food’ algorithm, usable for minimal meal prep or fancier efforts both. Last night was roughly equal amounts of rinsed canned chickpeas, frozen spinach, and pre-cooked leftover rice, simmered with water and veggie broth and seasonings (including olive oil) so there was lots of liquid to slurp.
