Pips is a Pict. He's five feet tall. He has Enhanced Vision. The gizmotronic glasses modulate that to a comfortable level and reduce the tendency for migraines. Pips is a supervillain who provides a wide range of services, mostly to other supervillains. He collects bad bosses, but he likes a few good ones too. Right now he has a serious latch on Joshua, who is a cop.
