Yeah, Shiv needs the support right now. Tolli and Simon have plenty of relevant skills, so that's helping.

Well, he wouldn't have that reaction for just anyone. Ragno is firmly stuck in Shiv's head for reasons that are not altogether healthy. It's going to take more time to work through that. For now, it doesn't take a lot to remind Shiv of what happened. In this case, that has some benefits.
