It really is. Shiv is finally getting to where, if he panics over something, he has several people he can reach out to now. I'm impressed that he actually seems good at figuring out who is suited to handling which kind of problem.

I agree. But the first time Shiv makes a mistake and hears Dr. G's reassurance in his head, instead of someone else's condemnation, he's probably going to freak. That could be interesting to write.
