Yep. There were a hundred diamonds on that pair of shoes. Once the prongs were loosened, movement of the shoe leather would cause the stones to pop out one at a time; and the more fell out, the more flexible the shoes would become. I estimate that over half of those diamonds are now scattered around north Omaha. Clusters will be in and around Blues Moon, the alley, the motel, and the bars; but other will just be scattered around the sidewalks and everywhere else she went.
