This sparked an evil thought. Shiv can handle anything sharp and relatively hard with his power.
This would including things like slivers of wood, metal or glass. And probably other things as well.
So, I'm picturing Shiv *literally* getting under someone's skin. Take (better yet, *make* so they'll be relatively sterile) a bunch of splinters of something that is irritating, but not dangerously so (several types of wood fit the bill, and likely other things as well). Slip them into the skin from a distance.
And wait for the unbearable itching (or whatever) to start.
OOO! Just thought of another thing Shiv could do. either by using frozen slivers of ink, or tiny, hollow needles with ink in them (which he can squeeze out with his power) he could do tattoos.
Being artistic, he could have lots of fun with that.
