Yesterday I roasted butternut squash, and, well. I would eat a lot less butternut squash if I didn't have my Shun Kaji knife, which goes right through that tough rind like it's nothing!
That wasn't a cheap knife, but I cherish it; it's both functional and incredibly beautiful.
