But wait, there's more!

For the fur wearer, she's going to be less popular than shorteyes in prison.

For the scarred one, in T-America, you get to add the utter irony that if she had just surrendered, she wouldn't have gotten her face sliced open or been hauled across the street to the medics, where a former victim merely turned his back on her instead of trying to get a piece of her. That's a pretty damning rebuttal of her entire worldview. BOOM! Smaaaaaash.

p.s. I wonder whatever happened to Humperdink? They never did have that duel, and our heroes all rode away, leaving Humperdink to face whatever fate he'd brought down on his head at the hands of the people... but we don't know if Westley ever came back and finished the job, or if Humperdink declared war on Guilder, blaming them for the Princess' abduction, or... ?

He would've fallen sooner or later; the rumour that the dread pirate Roberts had made off with the Princess rather than Guilderian mercenaries is just too juciy...

Maybe Inigo did him in for harbouring the Count all these years. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

According to his wiki page on the Princess Bride Wiki:

"Unfortunately his plans are thwarted by Westley, Inigo Montoya, and Fezzik, but they let him live instead of killing him, leaving him to pursue them when they escape with Buttercup."

Apparently, pursuit, though I do recall that in the yet-undeveloped sequel there was a plotline involving Westley and Buttercup's daughter being kidnapped by someone with such disfigurements...

(Now I'm off to work on the Princess Bride filk I've had going for two months. This has given me some serious inspiration.)
