Actually, you could do a ceramic coated hook. If you applied the ceramic as a powder and then sintered it, i.e baked it until it fused, you'd have a nice texturing to it on the nano-scale that would grab the yarn fibres.
Although why you'd want a ceramic coated titanium hook that could survive atmospheric re-entry is beyond me..
