I seem to be constrained to a humanoid form, although by now I'm thoroughly used to it. Most of my "esoteric" skills seem to be related to machinery, rather than biological or crypto-biological beings.
My friend's "hoard" is his collection of extremely interesting people who are his friends, which includes me :-)
