You can use that squish to squeeze out all the nerves, wherever it wants to go -- the surroundings, the stuffie, me -- just like wringing the dirt out of a sponge you've used. ysabetwordsmith has indicated the surroundings can take care of themselves, I'm taking care of the stuffie, and Six is taking care of me while they help me build up a big pool of relax over here.
