He is actually more functional in caney form than in human form. He just hasn't had as much practice interacting with people while furry. The caney is as smart as a human, just thinks differently and has different parts, and is much less hindered by awful memories. So anything a working dog can learn, Turq could learn. He's already picking up EFA like a therapy dog, and his violet gland gives him a big advantage in soothing people. But he can do sniff-and-track too, his nose is quite good.
