I took these on June 28.
Here is the barrel garden. Look how tall the corn is at the edge of the yard behind it. Corn is beginning to tassel now.

This tall grass puts out grain in autumn.

The pepper is almost ripe!

This is the purple-and-white garden after I hacked down the weeds around it.

These green-and-white hostas are blooming in the purple-and-white garden.

This one is yellow-green. I got some random ones, of which several survived.

This is a green hosta that I got at the plant swap last year.

This hosta is pale green and growing under the sedum.

This is the septic garden.

Shasta daisies are beginning to bloom in the white garden.

Daylilies are almost done.

Wild morning glories, domestic ones, and moonflowers are growing here.

This is the wildflower garden.

Prairie onion seedheads are beginning to open.

Northern sea oats is growing heads. They will get a lot bigger -- they're not even hanging down much yet.

Echinacea and rose campion are blooming.

The yarrow is mostly brown now.

Blackberries are turning pink.

The cup plant is huge.

Blackberry lilies are growing in the prairie garden.
