That's good. In a civilized setting, violence is rarely the best choice for a first solution. Rational methods give you more options, and often they're less work and definitely less mess. If you take violence off the list altogether, though, you're at the mercy of those who still use it. In uncivilized settings, keep your guard up.

Hunting and sparring are popular. Some people like rough sports, or video games. Raw food is iffy -- scratches the itch for some, but makes others go feral. I love sushi. I can have a few bites, but much more starts bringing up atavistic urges. It's up to you to figure out what works for your mind and body.
