Given the last three years, I either had my best friend covering my back (metaphorically speaking), or I would have fallen apart. When it was my turn to cover his back, well, that's what the word 'partner' means.
We're in this together. I may have changed more light bulbs and he has definitely taken more spiders outside, but we're pretty much in this fifty-fifty. Equals, even when we're both over our heads and floundering. That's 2015 in a nutshell, I think.
