Pretty much, yeah. He does very well ministering to the spirits of people who don't like conventional priests. You won't find a better listener than a Quaker. After you spend your prayer time listening to God, people are easy.

In Terramagne, they figured out to promote themselves as a community for people who don't want sex, rather than trying to convince people who want sex to stop having it. With a typical rate of 1% asexuals in the wider population, they need options that don't consist of faking some other sexuality. It's a trick the Christians managed with great success for many years, although they didn't explicitly say "all aces welcome," they just made the vow of chastity really famous. It was enough for people to find them.
