I have now looked up several reflexology maps of the bottoms of the feet and am wondering if the surgery I had on the bottom of one of my feet and along my ankle and calf are exacerbating other issues I have. And wondering if reflexology massage/acupressure would be helpful...
and then wigging myself out even IMAGINING someone else touching my foot (jeeze even typing that sentence I'm getting all twingy, so I guess not) But thanks for the extra info to look at! you have such extensive notes, I can dive into those links for flippin HOURS
