>> I love JARVIS so much. He's so gentle with all of them. <<
He really is. JARVIS has a soft heart and doesn't like seeing anyone in pain. Well, except for enemies. If you try to hurt his people he will fuck you up.
>> I love him helping everyone, and everyone wanting to help him back, make him more a real part of everything rather than..well the silent butler lurking in the corner waiting to be needed, then popping away again after helping. <<
JARVIS is also very shy. He rarely comes out of hiding unless someone needs him to do something. But he's starting to socialize more for other purposes, and that's important.
>> And during the talk over dinner, everyone quickly stepping in offering to fill in Tony's emotional gaps from a relative lack of interpersonal relationships, that aren't pretty much payed to hang out with him, until recently. <<
Yeah, Tony's prior relationships consisted of: * people who wanted to fuck him * people who wanted to take advantage of him * people who wanted to sell him things * people who wanted him to make stuff for them * people to get drunk/gamble/party with * people he traded favors with * his botfamily * Pepper, Rhodey, Happy
No wonder the poor guy is such a mess.
>> I wonder if Steve could paint some glasses/dishes or something? It wouldn't be quite the same as the old stuff, but maybe a thin coat of brightly colored paint would be close enough to brighten up the boring dishes?<<
>>Though not sure if the paint would stick/cure on Tony's super hero glass. Maybe paint some regular dollar/thrift store dishes just for putting up on the shelves to look pretty.<<
Somewhere later in the storyline there is a discussion about the challenges of coloring that stuff.
:D There's also quite a bit more about the Depression glass. I think you'll get a kick out of it.

Possibly.
>> A quick googleing brings up stuff like this: https://modewaerts.wordpress.com/2013/06/24/painting-on-drinking-glasses/ A simple transparent coat of pretty, bright color that looks slightly like the old depresses glass. <<
That's interesting.
