Because he's a superhero and gets bashed to hell on a frequent basis. Consequently, all the Avengers' bathrooms are accessible. You never know when someone's going to come home on crutches, in a sling, in a wheelchair, or with several hundred stitches that make bending impossible. Steve isn't invulnerable, he just heals fast. All that means is his injuries are unpleasant for hours or days instead of weeks or months.

Yes. It's a huge shower, there's plenty of room. *laugh* They could probably all fit in one shower, if Bruce was fronting.

Look at him in the movie again, and you can see how wobbly he was sometimes, outside of combat. That, the depersonalization and derealization, and tendency toward flashbacks make the grab bars and seats occasionally useful.

Yep. Plus the one in company space for all the Stark Industries employees. Tony fools around in that one sometimes.

Thor has a floor, it's just decorated to fairly basic standards thus far. He has to, it's not like he can stay in a hotel, what a nightmare that would be. :/
