To some extent, I do that with thumbnails, and occasionally header notes. It is in the expanded entries for some poems. The problem is, adding that information requires checking through the poem, which increases the processing time, and I'm already running behind.
What I need for the Polychrome stuff is a full-blown database like what Torn World have. (You can search by character, read by storyline or timeline, etc.) But I have neither the coding skill nor the money to hire it. So I have to make do with what I can manage myself or with volunteers, and that's far short of the need for a project of this size.
