2. Chocolate: I do love me some Scharffenberger :-9. But I switched to Divine Chocolate a couple years ago, because they are a fair trade, farmer-owned cooperative, and Hershey's (Which owns Scharffenberger), is not -- if I'm going to pay extra for high quality, I'd rather my money go to the people who actually put in the work to create it. Also, Divine's 85% Dark is the creamiest dark chocolate I've ever had (on a par with milk chocolate, even without the milk powder in it), and their cocoa powder, although dutched, has enough theobromine to be medical grade (as in: effective asthma control when drunk straight in hot water). Highly recommended.
