I like how Tony is getting to shine in his element, which is being amazing in the public eye. Like you've stated before, he's the only one who is really good at it. It also shows that he has the skills to take charge when needed, and that his team will follow him, no questions asked, because they know he knows what he's doing.
I'm wondering if he will crash at the end, from the stress of holding it all together and all the negative self-talk he has going on, or if he'll hold it together?
