You're not the only one. As does a certain other Janet (this one of legend) discussed elsethread, Dr. Infanta has *ethics*, just her own... She's going make *sure* Fiddlesticks can't catch *her*, but make sure that when she does it he's not going to take *permanent* damage... and she's more than willing to forgo a paycheck to see to it that not only does the true bad guy she's got her own ... crosshairs ... on get taken down, but *also* sweep up the rest of the crew and their ill-gotten produce...
Hefty reminds me of a starship captain or two who have reputations for bending the rules...
The only character I don't *like* in this story is Crosshairs, and, well... the only problem I would've had with letting Terramange's cutest ninja warrior keep her paycheck is the possibility of *not* sweeping up the rest of the personnel and contraband...
