To me, HFCS tastes like corn, in anything beyond small quantities. I try to minimize intake of it, because I don't want it to turn into something I can't eat, as that would wipe out about 95% of the available food supply. 0_o
Soy anything just tastes like soybeans to me, no matter how people try to disguise it, and that's not a flavor I like at all. :P
