That is an alternate and equally acceptable definition of "home." Societies have argued over whether it is a place, or people, that make a home. Regrettably the wanderers tend to get crushed by the settlefolk. I find it particularly odd that America often forces people to move, but continues denigrating those who are unwilling or unable to settle (at least temporarily).
