Ahh, so it was less an upset directly about deception of the name of her language, and more "I suddenly met intolerance for the first time" upset. That makes sense, especially with her reaction being to go learn Metropolitan French. An "I can't change them but I can change me" reaction to limit the amount of targets on her back by learning and growing herself. Really healthy reaction, actually. As is giving up on the Dean who thinks he can control people he can't. Looks like Elodie also has a good grasp of emotional intelligence.
