LOL yes. But Shiv really is stuck on fruit, now that he can get it fresh instead of crappy canned stuff.

When I'm doing those flavors, I put a little lemon juice on the chicken, sprinkle on the herbs and zest, then put it on the grill.

Once you cut out the fried stuff and junk food, much of soul food actually is healthy. Granted, I prefer my okra fried with cornmeal, but that's panfried rather than deep fried, so it's not as greasy.
