>> So, so, so good! Love Phil defending JARVIS, and gently nudging Rhodey to study the public records of Tony to see for himself that he's not in a drunken spiral. <<
Yeah, JARVIS needs backup and Rhodey needs a clue.
>> Boy is he in for a shock when they start spending time together again. Tony's actually doing many times better than he has...for most of his life. He's got a large support system now. <<
Yes, and it's really disconcerting for people who have known Tony a long time, because suddenly he's not acting like they expect. For the Avengers, it's a slow change; but to people who haven't seen Tony for six months or a year, it's like tripping off a cliff.
>> I love Phil, Clint, and Bruce studying the video, each noticing things from their own specialties in the new people. Minor things something else wouldn't notice, like that the one guy would make a good medic despite currently having no real skills.<<
Yay! Teamwork expands the quality of work. :D And yes, sometimes it's very subtle.
>> And poor, poor, poor Clint. No one should have to go though that. <<
Agreed. I wanted to show that sexual harassment isn't always man on woman, although that's the most common. It's especially hard on asexual folks, because everyone else usually assumes that you must be having sex and not having sex is wrong. 0_o
>> I love JARVIS gently talking to him, and getting the needed info without further traumatizing him, or him even really noticing it was happening. <<
Sooth. That trick actually works, if you're discreet enough. The hard thing about sexual harassment is that you can't fix it if you don't know about it, but reporting it is risky and miserable for victims.
