do you know the (contemporary, american-born of persian ethnicity) singer haale? a lot of her songs are in farsi, with or without translation as part of them. check her out?

Sounds interesting, though. I love foreign songs. I have a few in Farsi, Egyptian, Turkish, and Arabic on my various bellydance albums.
