Al Qasr was originally a Middle Eastern/Arabian restaurant whose name meant "The Castle," and is now Memories Castle, a gathering place for immortal and long-lived people, although it's open to the residents in general. The menu still leans Middle Eastern. Because it's a restaurant-café, you can get sit-down meals or snacks and beverages that can be carried.
