OHHHH I thought I just dreamed up the idea of a planet orbiting two stars! :D I've long since chalked it up to a high schooler's limited grasp of possibilities... but evidently I wasn't as limited as I thought!
My question is, is this planet looping both stars in a figure eight pattern, or does it travel in a single, circular orbit? The article didn't specify, except presumably in pictures. The fictional planet of my teenage years looped first one of its suns, then the other, compelled by the gravity of each star in turn. Yes, while remaining stable enough to sustain humanoid life. I still like the idea.
