Hit Him Where He Lives

I like this proposal to sue the Drumpf's company instead of himself.  I agree that he has no shame, but he most definitely cares about money.  Also, the article has some great new nicknames.

Part of me would prefer to apply my Size 10.5W Danner Alloy Toe slightly to the centre of where Cheato's wallet would be. Less padding there. Besides, if I hit him in the wallet, the shot will be off-centre... unless I *want* to hook him... (The irony of using a golf joke on that sombeech....)

OTOH, simply kicking his arse won't help anybody but my own satisfaction. If we get his wallet we maybe can help some of the other victims.

Problem is.. he has some very good corporate lawyers, and he's actually kinda of used to getting his companies sued.. so I'm not sure it would have the kind of impact the author of the article imagines.

Although... I must admit, the idea of the IRS going after his company assets like Genghis Kahn in particularly tetchy mood does rather appeal. Plus it would rather send a message to the rest of the corporate scoff-laws, who fiddle their taxes semi-legally.

and got busted on tax evasion [at first]... Thing is, you bring civil suites against Dumbkopfs companies, he's got got more money and lawyers than most people...

But, it's different ball game if the IRS does it. Even the Mob fears them. We just have to bring enough legal heat in the right way to his companies to expose whatever shady tax dodges he's up to. [and you know he is]... then sit back and watch the IRS hit him with an audit that would have Torquemada turning pale!

Agreed.. hit him with a spot-light and watch the roaches scurry, because it's not just him after all. That's the one good thing about #45... he's got all the scum-bags in one place more or less and he's the lynch-pin. Shine a little light on him, and most of D.C's dirty laundry is going to be aired.

What if the CORPORATIONS went class-action? "Your Honor, we intend to prove that the defendant corporation has materially harmed us and our ability to do business, and will petition for revocation of corporate charter as relief."

Better idea. Remember when a corporation was supposed to be in the public best interest?

Charge that they have violated THAT, and let THAT be the precedent. Corps or groups of individuals could sue.

I agree. This would be a start.
